Author Guidelines

Journal of Cancer Case Reports in Oncology and Therapy (JCROT) follows specific guidelines regarding the format of the case reports being published to maintain uniformity of all the articles for the ease to the readers. Before submitting the articles, please follow the instructions and the check lists provided on the manuscript submission page.

Editorial Process

After the case report submission by the author/s, the JCROT Editorial Office will review the manuscripts with the understanding that they are being submitted to one journal at a time and have not been published, simultaneously submitted or already accepted for publication elsewhere. If the Editor determines the manuscript is appropriate for the JCROT, it will be sent to two reviewers without revealing the identification of the authors.

Authors may recommend 2 potential reviewers, who are expert in the field of author's work. For reviewer recommendation, please click the link: Reviewer Recommendation Form. The completed form can be emailed to

Please note that the Editors reserve the right to choose the reviewers. Based on the comments from the reviewers, the Editor will make a final decision on the manuscript. The authors will be informed about reviewers comments, suggestions, and acceptance/rejection within a period of 3-5 weeks. Once the manuscript has been accepted, it would be copy edited for grammar, punctuation, print style, and format. The corresponding author will receive a copy edited article for any correction, which needs to be returned within one week.
